[Mono-dev] mono performance analysis and optimization

Hello,

could anyone point me to discussions and resources which deal with mono
performance analysis and optimization? For starters I'm looking for a
benchmark suite that would allow me to test mono runtime performance. I
only found this
http://d3s.mff.cuni.cz/projects/performance_evaluation/mono/on my own,
but it says that it's unsupported and has not been run since
2008. Moreover there are just a few benchmarks as far as I could tell in
that suite. I checked spec.org, but .Net's not there, only Java. So if you
are aware of any more or less industry standard benchmarks/performance
tests for .Net implementation, please let me know.

Also to mention that with a full benchmark suite I'm trying to cover the
basics, but if you are aware of a specific performance test that shows
performance inefficiency in a certain component, then I'd be grateful to
learn about those too.
