[Mono-dev] Entity Framework - new issues

Tested previous bug, it seems ok. Created bug 10295 for "The provider for
invariant name is specified multiple times in the application
configuration." and bug 10296 for "Could not load type
'System.Data.Entity.Core.Common.CommandTrees.DbInExpression' from assembly
'EntityFramework".
