[Mono-dev] system.developmet error

i developed an application in visual studio dot net 2010, 
the application is also working with mono Develop in windows
but when i run the same application in ubuntu with mono and monodevlop
system.deployment error is coming

mono- 2.10.8 for ubuntu
monodevelop 3.X
