[Mono-dev] Building Mono on OSX from GitHub

Decided to try rebooting and that got me less errors. Only on remaining is

**Error**: You must have `libtool' installed to compile Mono.
Get ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/libtool-1.2d.tar.gz
(or a newer version if it is available)
