[Mono-dev] Mono.Cairo 4.0 different on Mac and Ubuntu

It does matter as the cairo bindings were updated during mono 3.0. The 4.0
version you see is for the framework, not the library itself.

Mono.Cairo version is bound to mono's.

Please update to 3.2.
