[Mono-dev] GSoC 2013 MonoDevelop Color Scheme Editor

Hi again,

I've successfully pulled and built the latest build of 
MonoDevelop from git, and I feel comfortable with the area of the code 
base that the color scheme editor project will deal with. I have written
 my proposal for the project and I would appreciate any feedback.
