[Mono-dev] Project:CSS Support

Hello from Ukraine! I am second year student in Lviv National University. I
want to make better C# support on Linux, and CSS lighting is needed
feature. I have a great experiens in C/C++/C# and HTML/CSS/XAML
development/design on Windows/Linux. Also I have a great desire to
implement someone for C# under Linux this summer.
