[Mono-dev] minimal mono embedding profile - hpc twist

I suppose I should have said "a garbage collector built from the LLVM
garbage collection primitives", i.e.
http://llvm.org/docs/GarbageCollection.html. Or perhaps SGen is already
built this way?
