[Mono-dev] What to do with bugs in Novell's Bugzilla?

Hi all,

I've faced repeatedly the problem of bugs being reported to Novell's
Bugzilla with no counterpart to Xamarin's. If I understand the
documentation, Xamarin's is the currently official Bugzilla for the
Mono project and Novell's is abandoned.

A couple of examples of bugs that are still present in Mono, reported
to Novell and not to Xamargin:

So, what should we do when we want to comment on a bug that is on
Novell's Bugzilla but not on Xamarin's? Should we report a new bug to
Xamarin's Bugzilla and paste the link to the old one as well as the
original description? Something else?
