[Mono-dev] Does any work translate MONO-IR back to MSIL

Hi:

  I wish to utilize the optimization/analysis framework of MONO (AOT/JIT),
and translate the mono-IR back to MSIL code. There is no support currently,
doesn't anybody has a hint on this.
