[Mono-dev] Bug report invalid?

I think a problem report is invalid, which is possible, but can someone
else confirm this:

See Comment #5 and Comment #6 from me - ignore other comments from me,
they were part of narrowing down the problem, and i shouldn't be doing
that kind of thing out loud, unfortunately, i can't delete these things
after i write them.  With limited time to actually get stuff done today
it took me a lot longer than usual to determine this (went to two malls
today with family, spent time in pool, and other things to save on air
conditioning electricity).
