[Mono-dev] Win Patches for Datagrid (first here) then idle

As per the crash that it fixes, I think I can write an automatable test.
I want to test it here first which means i need to clone and build
again, shouldn't take me too long.

There was a visual error that was fixed by that patch as well, in the
same commit originally, because i noticed it while testing, this can
only be verified by running the sample code from the original bug report:
1. Click +
2. Click pb
3. Click +
4. Click pb
5. Click +
6. Click pd
7. Click back
8. Click pc
9. Notice that, if unpatched, you'll see a zero that was in editing mode
from the previous table in the column header of this table (this is not
an area you expect to find anything in edit, you expect a grey
background and a header name, instead you find a white background and a
zero)
