[Mono-dev] FormEventTest outside of nunit

I've attached what i think is the test outside of nunit (found it
sitting in my home directory)..

gmcs FormEventTest.cs -R:System.Windows.Forms.dll -R:System.Drawing.dll

If you see:

error4
error3
error1


That means it failed

If you don't see anything but two windows flash by, that means it passed.

I can only confirm the external FormEventTest.cs file attached works on
unix, i don't have a built tree on Windows right now because of low disk
space on my virtual machine, i'd have to clone and rebuild to test on
windows.  But i am pretty sure i ran this exact FormEventTest.cs
external test as part of my windows testing.
