[Mono-dev] Win32 build errors (recent change)

Well, I think i solved the compile problem on Windows(CYGWIN) tonight, and hopefully (thanks to below) I created the patch file right.

If someone asks me to create a unit test for my patch, i'll say it's already there : "make" in the mono source tree directory from Cygwin.
