[Mono-dev] Patches for mono-winforms

Patch 1 is finally in
(https://github.com/mono/mono/commit/f9bea537f1ac41753f2204b8528a6292bb547111).
Made minor changes to the tests (in particular, made the ECST_Record class
private, and renamed it to EcstRecord to comply with naming guidelines).

I was indeed still using the old patch / unit tests, though I thought I had
the new ones, hence the confusion.
