[Mono-dev] Patches for mono-winforms

Attached is my patch #5, which is the same as it was before, except now I've included a unit-test patch.

First, apply the unit-test patch, run the unit test, and notice that you get a failed test that you didn't get before -- the throwing of an ArgumentOutOfRangeException.
Then, apply the patch, and run the unit test again, and notice that the test no longer fails.

Hopefully this is enough to get the change accepted quickly & committed to git. :-)
