[Mono-dev] Duplicate bug handling?

Ok, as i mentioned yesterday, I submitted a patch for Xamarin bug 
#2663.  I expect it to be delayed by prior patches which are queued 
ahead of it from me.  It's possible someone won't like my implementation 
too, but at least it does fix the bug, and this time i generally tried 
to stay within the coding style guidelines somewhat.

I decided to look for other regex bugs which may have been affected by 
this fix, and i found one in the Novell database.

The following:

Seems to be a duplicate of:
https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2663

That is: They are related problems, and my fix which i submitted seems 
to fix both of those bugs.

Should one be marked as a duplicate of the other somehow?  I mean other 
than the comments i've left in both bug reports now.
