[Mono-dev] Fail to run aspx web application on mod_mono-2.10 ( .Net 4 framework )

Hi - i know i'm the one who originally replied, but i'm hoping someone
else has an answer on this. For the next couple of weeks i'm going to
be busy. Also, i've never gotten mod_mono to work (i don't know how to
set it up), but i know apache can sometimes intentionally run
connections on less secure accounts (non-root) and i would wonder if
that is a factor.
