[Mono-dev] Haiku OS port and monolite

Once you get the compilation phase of Mono to the point where monolite is needed and you're tying to port to a completely new platform like Haiku OS, is one going to have three different sets of issues based on choosing either the OpenSuse, Win or Mac binary latest builds from MonkeyWrench? That is, does the basic.exe file contain any OS specific areas which could hinder the port to begin with?
Thanks for the tips. I cannot find anyone documenting their porting details of Mono once s/he hits the monolite "wall".
