[Mono-dev] Playstation Suite Studio Mono Develop failed to start

Every time I attempt to run the PlayStation Suite Application i receive this
error.  Do you all think it is an issue with the mono package that was
included in the installer?  Any ideas how to fix it?

An error has occurred.
