Here's my list, as far as I can recall now:

- System.Xml
- System.Xml.Schema
- System.Xml.XPath
- System.Xml.Xsl
- System.Xml.Linq
- Relaxng (and co.)
- System.Xaml
- Unicode related stuff (CompareInfo, Normalization)

I may help these too:
- i18n, g11n
- System.Security.Cryprography.Xml
- System.Json
