[Mono-dev] Review request for two small patches to System.XML

Hi,

Could I get a review of the following patches to System.XML, and permission
to commit them if they are acceptable?

mono's XmlUrlResolver.ResolveUri handles custom schemes differently to .net:

Creating a XmlSerializer from type which contains abstract IEnumerable<>
throws InvalidOperationException on mono:
