This is great news!  I downloaded the package, and will look a bit into
it this weekend.

Dmitry: The previous N-iX patches found in this Bugzilla entry:

  https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=497320

were based on a SVN revision around:

  svn path=/trunk/mono/; revision=132645

Does this code drop share the same ancestor?  Would you happen to know
the SVN revision of the last merge, if any?  These two pieces of
information, if available, would save me a bit of source code archeology :)
