Yes, I am aware of the license change. The code in the link will work with
AcroForms only, but I have an XFA Form (the data is in xml format). I tried
to force it with the setField method, but the document didn't change.

I don't want to be impolite towards the Mono project, by further discussing
various aspects of iText. So, if you have some suggestions or some questions
on this topic [iText], may be we shall use our emails directly. If it's ok
to clear out an issue, no matter the place, post here.
