[Mono-dev] xbuild & x86 target

Hello,

Does anyone have an idea on this? When I use the corflags tool on Windows I
see that the x86 flag is not set when the application has been build with
mono and x86 target. This gives trouble for users running x64 machines.

I can correct the issue in Windows with the corflags tool, but I would like
it to be build correctly by xbuild in the first place. Is there some extra
setting or configuration I need to adjust?
