Hello Sebastien,
Thank you very much for your post.

I was able to add the certificate using certmgr.

Once I did that, the code I posted works great!

Here is an example of how to... just in case anyone "else" is new to this :)
certmgr -add -c CA "C:\MyCertficates\certificate.cer"
