Hi All,

When i am calling ConfigurationManager.RefreshSection("appSettings") ---
Getting Unhandled Exception: System.TypeInitializationException. 

curred loading a configuration file: Couldn't impersonate token. --->
System.Sec
urity.SecurityException: Couldn't impersonate token.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.
