[Mono-dev] [PATCH] User Set Nursery Size

Patch (subject to a #define) allows the user to set the nursery size
using the environmental variable MONO_GC_PARAMS.

(I guess this is required) I hereby declared that the attached patch is
released under the MIT/X11 license.
