Apologies - it looks like 569535 *was* already backported.  (I just
missed it when I check svn last night)

But it does appear that the oracle bug is still present in the mono 2.6
branch.  (Which was a regression from mono 2.4.2 - our current
production version)

Oracle stored proc, return decimal issue is resolved in trunk:
