[Mono-dev] [PATCH] corlib System.Diagnostics.Contracts namepsace

Hi,

I am working on the .NET4 code contracts in GSoC, and here is a patch 
that implements the corlib System.Diagnostics.Contracts namespace, plus 
tests.

I'm sure there will be parts of this I haven't done quite right, so 
please let me know what they are, and I'll sort them out.
