That's what I figured. Thanks. Following up, does anyone know if the Mono
runtime truncates or limits error response body length to 64k like the .NET
runtime does? If not, then testing for the Mono runtime solves the problem.
If not, then I am well and truly out of luck, unless I want to use raw
sockets (which seems like massive wheel reinvention).
