[Mono-dev] Cross Compiling Mono for Windows on Open SuSE 11.3

I am now able to build, but I can't get libmono-2.0.dll to be built. 
Mono.exe now statically links to libmono-2.0 or whatever the exact library
is.  I used to be able to get it to build dynamically but I can't seem to
figure out why it won't build that way now.  

Any help appreciated.
