[Mono-dev] How can I build a minimal mono runtime system?

Thanks Robert, that helps a lot. I would love to see the developers add even
more modularity to the configuration. I seem to remember some more web stuff
- perhaps asp.net, that it would be nice to be able to configure out as I
don't need it.

"--with-libgdiplus=no" and "--with-libgdiplus=installed" seem to effectively
be the same thing. What exactly does it offer or not do such that it allowed
me to build without having previously built the libgdiplus make since I did
not have the gdi library available nor need it since I did not need any GUI
apps.
