[Mono-dev] Issues when building mono 2.8 on windows

Thanks Alex! After cloning a fresh copy of mono and adding gmcs to my path,
the compilation completed but I'm not sure it succeeded since I cannot find
the build. It should be located at usr/local/bin but this directory remains
empty. How do you specify the output directory?
