[Mono-dev] Any chances to apply the fix for bug 603378?

Hi,
While running my Windows app, I'm getting the same bug decribed at:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=603378

The bug report proposes a fix (the last attachment/commented added there)
that does seem to
fix the bug on my test case.

Is there any chance someone might review this any apply this, or a
derivation of this to the HEAD?
