[Mono-dev] Getting rid of SRE CompilerContext

Hey folks,

Now that Marek has landed support for CompilerContext free mcs[1], I do want
to start killing all CompilerContext kludges we have.

Rolf mentioned that vbnc does depends to some extend but vbnc+cecil doesn't.
It would be nice if we could get either the cecil version
done or the former fixed.

Jeroen, does IKVM depends on SRE with CompilerContext?

If others depends on CompilerContext or mono specific behavior of SRE,
please talk now as 2.8 won't be forgiving on this matter.

[1]Actually not all compiler context hacks can go away, but only those
strictly required to compile corlib will remain.
