[Mono-dev] [PATCH] RFC: xbuild support for silverlight projects

Attached patch has tasks and targets for compiling silverlight projects.

It generates .g files, manifest file, test page and the xap file.
I tested with some silverlight projects from codeplex.

The patch adds it in moon/xbuild . Should this be packed+installed with
the sdk? Or should this instead be committed to mcs?
Miguel's opinion is that committing this to mcs should be fine.

Would be nice to get some testing on this, I'm sure that i missed
some cases or just didn't test all the relevant things.
