Hi,

We have very serious requirement for this. We tend to use it for dynamic
rules / event processing.

For now, we are just using Reflection, and still ne to clean runtime
compilation.

Any formal design will be great.

What does everyone think about making a new dlr script language that is 
compatible with sh or bash? Maybe called sh#?
