[Mono-dev] MonoDevelop 2.2b1 wont start on Windows

Hello all,

I've installed MonoDevelop 2.2b1 and the GTK library. I already had .NET 
3.5 installed. When I click on the MonoDevelop start menu icon the mouse 
cursor goes busy for a few seconds and then nothing happens. I can't 
seem to find any logs that might explain what's gone wrong.

What am I doing wrong?
