[Mono-dev] System tracing

It should work in mono and I'm already using that but this only trace 
application level timing.
Assembly searching, jitting and loading time are not loggable and I 
think only a mono system log can write them.
I'm not able to find a clean documentation about how to enable mono 
low level logging.
