I've updated from SVN to r143328 right after seeing your post:

Since I was expecting trouble, I did "make maintainer-clean"
*before* updating from SVN. After the update I re-autogen-ed
and everything went smooth (Win2k3 SP2, latest cygwin).

I've encountered only one problem: The mcs bootstrap is assuming
that the old mcs is actually gmcs. Fixed by EXTERNAL_MCS=false and
"make get-monolite-latest".
