[Mono-dev] [PATCH] limit [InternalsVisibleTo] under CoreCLR

Hello,

This patch allow CoreCLR to deny [InternalsVisibleTo] if some untrusted
assemblies tries to masquerade as existing/defined assemblies and access
the internals of platform code. Normal (non-CoreCLR) behavior remains
unchanged.
