[Mono-dev] Partial System.Data.Services implementation

Hi Miguel,

I assume you were addressing me.. I'm taking a closer look in the mono
repository and making a few last changes and then I'll go ahead and commit
it. Admittedly I'm not as knowledgeable on where (or even if) I should make
references it for it to be included in the build. Most of my contributions
have been to Mono.Rocks which is a much smaller monkey. So, for the moment,
I can get the code at least in the repository and we can go from there.
