[Mono-dev] [PATCH] System.Messaging fixes for MessageEnumerators

Hi,

Attached is a patch that adds more support for MessageEnumerators including:
  - Passing all calls through to the provider layer.
  - Exception handling to marshal exception back into
System.Messaging.MessageQueueException
  - Implement timeout methods.

Please review.

Due to the way the transactions work in AMQP vs MSMQ, the
transactional methods of MessageEnumerators can't be supported.
