[Mono-dev] VB Msgbox Patch

Hi, my first time posting so apologies for breaking any
rules/conventions....
I tried to run my vb.net app under Mono and found a bug in the
Micorosoft.VisualBasic.Interaction.MsgBox function, it never returns a
value. See attached patch file for (untested) fix.
