[Mono-dev] Announcing Mono 2.4 Preview RC 2...

This bug has been recently reported:

Regardless of the bug reported there (DataGridView related), the attached
test case doesn't even start with Mono 2.4 RC2 on Windows, while it does
with Mono 2.2. So we have a regression there.
