[Mono-dev] Developing an Gnome-Panel Addon with mono?

How can I develop an Gnome-Panel addon with mono?
Isn't it possible?
For example I just want to develope a simple clock, but i don't know how to
start.
I found nothing by google and this page.
Can anyone help me?
