[Mono-dev] using coreclr in mono embedding sample project

As Sebastien pointed out offlist, I should have added here that I 
actually also call mono_security_set_core_clr_platform_callback.  The 
function
provided however never gets called.  I guess I was a bit overzealous in 
making a as-minimal-as-I-can reprocase.
