[Mono-dev] Compiled Application requires developer-packages

This doesn't really belong to mono-dev. Check your dll.config file for
Tao.Sdl - maybe it is targetting libsdl.so? If so, this symlink is only
created by the -dev package on debian-based distros.
One solution is to modify the dll.config to use libsdl.so.1 or
libsdl.so.1.2.
