[Mono-dev] Announcing the release of Mono 2.2... use http instead of ftp for mono windows installer

Just change the ftp:// to http:// and it should work:

http://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/archive/2.2/windows-installer/5/mono-2.2-gtksharp-2.12.7-win32-5.exe
